What we do
Your MCC Experience
To develop the core consulting toolkit and position analysts well for internship and full-time recruitment, analysts meet weekly during Semester 1 for the following programs run by industry experts and our Directors of Training. Here's what you might experience with MCC:
Training

Our flagship training program consists of interactive lessons ran by experienced students and industry veterans. Designed for students with varying levels of experience in consulting and business, these sessions aim to ensure every MCC analyst has the core skillset needed to land an internship or job offer at a consulting firm. A detailed syllabus can be found below.
Careers

Our club prioritises holistic and professional development. In addition to our training curriculum, we also hold events to help students navigate the recruiting process, such as an overview of careers in business and consulting, resume workshops, and case interview workshops
Networking

We leverage our strong industry connections to hold closed-door events with consulting firms and previous MCC alumni working in prestigious consulting companies. These sessions cover tips and tricks to break into consulting, while also giving students opportunities to develop professional networks within the industry.
Case Competition
Primer

Designed and taught by students who have taken part in international case competitions, these sessions and mentoring briefly touch on core case competition fundamentals, such as how to analyze a case and quantify recommendations. At the end of the semester, analysts will take part in an internal case competition.
Training Curriculum
Held over eight weeks in Semester 1, Analysts are exposed to a three-phase training program to position them well for landing jobs or internships in consulting. Shortlisted analysts will be invited to work on real-world business projects with corporate partners in Semester 2.
